Donna O'Leary, Principal Consultant

Donna is a dual-qualified solicitor, admitted in Ireland and England & Wales, with four years of experience practising at one of Ireland's top five law firms, Mason Hayes & Curran LLP.

She specialises in AI literacy, education, and consulting for law firms and in-house legal teams at all stages of their AI journey.

Drawing on her extensive legal expertise, Donna has delivered numerous AI literacy training sessions and advanced prompting workshops tailored specifically for legal professionals.

In her consultancy work, she helps legal teams to bridge the AI literacy gap by providing tailored training, strategic guidance, and implementation support that addresses the unique challenges of AI in legal practice.

She was recently appointed as an expert advisor to 'Lawyers Innovative Training for European Law (LITEL2)', a European Commission-funded project aimed at developing and delivering AI training to junior lawyers across Europe.

Donna's practical, hands-on approach is rooted in her firsthand experience as a practising solicitor. She understands the unique challenges faced by legal professionals and leverages this insight to develop bespoke consulting services that align with current regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act, and industry best practices
