Frequently asked questions
What does compliance mean under Article 4 of the EU AI Act?
As of 2 February 2025, all businesses (including law firms) must take measures to ensure all staff have sufficient knowledge and skills in using any AI systems being deployed within the firm. This requirement is context and role specific, and such training needs to be tailored to address the responsibilities of all staff when using AI.
Is AI literacy mandatory?
Yes. As of 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act mandates that all businesses ensure their staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to safely and effectively use any deployed AI systems. This requirement applies regardless of the AI system's risk level.
What jurisdictions do you provide services to?
We work with law firms accross Ireland, the UK and Europe.
What is the difference between your individual workshops and the packaged services?
Our individual workshops focus on specific aspects of AI integration—ranging from basic literacy to advanced prompting techniques—while our packaged services combine these workshops with tailored policy development and additional resources, offering an end-to-end solution for seamless AI adoption.
Can your consulting services help reduce costs?
Absolutely. By implementing effective AI strategies and robust policies, your firm can mitigate risks such as data breaches and compliance failures, which in turn may lower insurance premiums and reduce potential legal liabilities—ultimately saving you both time and money.
